The Cold Case Unit is revisiting the 1999 murder of Russell Raymond Martin, found dead from blunt force trauma in his Triangle home. Separately, officers are probing a shooting outside a Woodbridge sports bar that left a man injured and the suspect fleeing on a motorcycle.
