In this Go Prince William County, Va Issue…

Can’t hold back the holidays any longer. Occoquan wins the race for first Christmas tree lighting, with a full roster of happenings to boot. A week ago ice skating would have seemed like a strange idea, but Manassas brings it back this week and the weather realized what the date on the calendar is so it fits 😁

BTW - I’m sure I am not the only one who has no idea what a pump track is. ChatGPT says this “A pump track is a circuit of rollers, banked turns (berms), and features designed to be ridden completely by "pumping"—using up and down body movements instead of pedaling or pushing.”

Drivers can be cited if a child under 16 is unrestrained, and adults may be cited if unbelted when stopped for another violation. The effort is part of the Smart, Safe and Sober partnership to reduce roadway injuries and deaths. (PWC)
